Planner | North London/Herts | Up to £50k plus package

A national developer is in need of a Planner for their North London division, working on schemes across North London and Hertfordshire. This region delivers a range of project types including Traditional, High-Rise and Mixed-use schemes bringing more diversity to he role.

The successful candidate will report to a Planning Manager with responsibilities including:

·         Liaising with consultants and local authorities

·         Engaging with contractors and suppliers

·         Producing progress reports

·         Managing several projects

Ideal candidates will be existing Planners or Assistant Planners already working for a developer however, those working for consultancies or housing associations will also be considered.
