I’m working with a Construction Director I know well for a well know luxury residential developer based out of Rutland, he is looking for an individual who would be keen to work on some jaw dropping projects and have a desire to work their way up the ladder.

As a business they work locally in the Rutland, East Midlands regions delivering high quality luxury residential new builds. Typical projects are of a very high-spec up to 14 units per development.

This role would suit someone hands on, that has some sort of trade background. Offering up to £48K Plus company vehicle (commercial), fuel card, Pension, Bonus/Pay review annually depending on performance.
