Our client, renowned for creating award winning homes that exceeds expectations, is looking for a Pre-Construction Technical Manager to join the business. Schemes vary from several high-rise RC Frame towers to apartment led residential developments.

Successful candidates will be existing Design or Technical Managers, preferably with main contractor experience. A proven track record within RIBA stages 0-4 is essential for this role including knowledge of planning processes.
