I am working with a well known Residential Developer that are seeking a Buyer

About the Role:
As a Buyer within the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring materials are sourced efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively. You’ll work closely with site teams, technical and commercial departments to support the procurement process from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Raising material orders and scheduling deliveries in line with build programs.
Accurately taking off materials from working drawings and specifications.
Undertaking cost analysis exercises.
Liaising with suppliers.
Working collaboratively with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
Ensuring timely procurement and resolving any delivery or quality issues.
Maintaining and updating (COINS).
