I am currently working with a privately owned developer who has been established for many years building a fantastic product.

I am working with the CD who is seeking an ambitious surveyor at Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor level, professional to be given exposure to develop as quickly as their skill set allows.

The successful candidate will oversee 2-3 live projects. You will be able to administer contracts for sites independently and have autonomy over your schemes, bringing a proven track record of running jobs for a developer, housebuilder or main contractor.
Key Responsibilities

• Robust procurement and management of subcontractors in line with site budgets and production requirements
• Produce monthly accurate CVR reports
• Complete on-site measurements and valuations and assess payments to contractors including the administering of self-billing / self-certification for producing payments to sub-contractors
• Produce monthly cashflows and valuations
• Strong control over change management
• Maintain strong subcontractor relationships
