Our client, a leading Tier 1 residential developer, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. One of if not the Best developer in the country with market leading training and Sales records. With sites across Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee communication and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, working with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisers to ensure timely exchanges (within 42 days), accurate documentation, and audit compliance.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.

On Offer:

  • 5-day working week, including weekends.
  • £30,000 salary (DOE).
  • £55,000 OTE.
