An amazing Opportunity to join a 5* Developer on sites across Norwich. My client is one of the largest in the UK bosting award winning training and mentorship with some of the best Sales Managers/Consultants in the industry.
As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
- Adhere to the Group Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, ensuring compliance with safety protocols during site visits, pre-sale demonstrations, and new home viewings.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
On Offer:
- 5-day working week, including weekends. 1 Weekend off Per Month
- £30,000 salary (DOE).
- £55,000 OTE.
