A brilliant opportunity to join one of the best Developers in the UK based on-site at their development in South Devon. They are on the hunt for a high-energy, customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join there fast-growing successful team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated to track the customer journey and provide timely, accurate management information.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure a seamless pre-move and after-sales experience, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
On Offer:
- 5-day working week, including weekends.
- £28,000 salary (DOE).
- £55,000 OTE.
