A Brilliant Opportunity to join a brilliant High End Developer, My client is one of the best in the industry and is still Privately owned with a hands on approach and a large Land Bank. They are seeking a skilled, energetic and experienced Sales Consultant to join them on some amazing New sites in the south of Essex.

As the face of the company in the sales arena, you will ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and a 5* service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective negotiation and selling of plots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions, and selling finishing touches to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Construction, Commercial, and Legal to ensure completion targets are met and plot progress is accurately tracked.
  • Complete weekly competitor reports to ensure competitive pricing and a strong value proposition against local new-build competitors
  • Adhere to the Group Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, ensuring compliance with safety protocols during site visits, pre-sale demonstrations, and new home viewings.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales with a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the market and competitors.

On Offer:

  • 5-day working week, including weekends.
  • £34,750 salary (DOE).
  • £60,000.
