I am working with a leading developer who are seeking to add a quality individual to their settled commercial team.

Working with the Head of Commercial, together have identified someone of your background and profile to be a good suit for an Assistant QS role being recruited to paying £35-50k plus package depending on experience level. Would suit someone who is keen to progress to QS level.

Projects handled out of this region are typically high volume trad build homes, you will be assisting the commercial team on live sites and if not ready as and when you are start looking after your own personally at different stages.

The role will include:

• Providing support on various projects and assist with the estimation of materials, time and labour costs, to ensure costs can be established and controlled and projects complete on time and within budget.
• Working cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company to ensure achievement of targets.
• Supporting the production of accurate and timely valuation reports and management information to enable the Commercial management team to make informed business decisions.
• Complying with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy to ensure health and safety standards are met.
