Design Coordinator (Commercial) | Main Contactor | Essex | £60k

WRG are working with a Main Contractor in Essex who are seeking a Design Coordinator.

They specialise in the Commercial sector, retail/education projects. £1m – £10m range.

You will work closely with Estimating team front end, then carrying on with site team.

Experience in coordinating and appointing external consultants is essential. They will be all D&B contracts, so your in control of the design. Analysing drawings, commenting etc. Value engineering of projects and reviewing technical detail.

Salary is up to £60,000, +travel allowance, +annual performance bonus.
