We are conducting a search for a Customer Care Manager to join an award-winning new homes developer with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing aftercare services and defect resolution, ensuring homeowners receive exceptional post-handover support.
Role Overview:
The Customer Care Manager will lead the aftercare function, overseeing defect management and working to continuously improve customer satisfaction. You will mentor a dedicated team and collaborate closely with contractors to ensure timely and effective resolutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aftercare processes, ensuring defects are resolved efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and defect-related concerns.
- Work alongside internal teams and external contractors to facilitate quick and effective issue resolution.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team to maintain exceptional standards of service.
- Monitor and report on the performance of aftercare services, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service management, ideally within the property development sector.
- Strong expertise in defect management or aftercare services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
