Role: Senior H&S/ CDM Consultant
Location: Leeds (projects across the region)

WRG is working with an award winning multi-discipline property & construction consultancy that has been established for almost 90 years. Our client delivers a range of professional services (cost management, project management, building surveying, employers agent and H&S/ CDM) across several offices.
The business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior H&S/ CDM Consultant to deliver on a diverse portfolio of projects (heritage, education, residential, student accommodation, healthcare, industrial, offices, retail, hotel, sport & leisure).
The role would suit a H&S or CDM Consultant from a consultancy background who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to join a dynamic business which is going through an exciting period of growth. Our client would also consider someone from a Principal Contractor or residential developer who has hands on experience of site safety and CDM 2015.
Responsibilities:
· Offer a range of H&S/ CDM services to clients.
· Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
· Preparation of health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
· Sit in on client and design team meetings and offer advise and guidance in relation to safety in design.
· Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place for each project.
· Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.
Requirements:
· NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
· NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
· Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body.
· Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
