We are working with one of the fastest growing developers in the UK retirement house building sector, onboarding a Land Buyer or Senior Land Buyer from any sector to join a financially robust and award winning development company, in a high performing sales team.

This role has come about purely due to growth and they have an impressive pipeline with expansion plans that will see them invest over £200m in land over the next 3 years.

As the successful applicant you will be responsible for the full life cycle of land buying. You will work alongside the Architects, Planners and Technical teams in a strategic role, identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable land/sites for residential development, from identification and appraisal to managing offers / negotiation.

Retirement housing experience not necessary, but we want to speak with candidates who recognise opportunities for growth in this sector.
