We are working with a leading residential developer who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business.

They have a 1000 acre site that is starting and so they are actively looking to to recruit to look after phase 1, with experience of working on (and ideally managing/overseeing) large scale infrastructure/civils works contracted through an NEC4 contract.

They have £150m of roads to procure and deliver over the next 2.5 years, building works starts next year.
